We collect information you provide directly when you register an account (email address, password) and information generated by your use of the platform (playback history, playlists, liked moments).

We use your information to operate and improve GAUDLY, personalise your experience, send transactional emails (such as password resets), and ensure the security of your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely on Neon PostgreSQL (hosted in the USA) and Strapi CMS on a dedicated server. Audio and visual assets are stored on Cloudflare R2. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS.

4. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session management (authentication token stored in localStorage, last-provider cookie for UX convenience). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
